Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with eska. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help at eskathelabel@gmail.com.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

We ship across the European Union. Estimated delivery times from the date of order:

Netherlands 4–14 business days
Belgium 4–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or busy periods such as sale events and holidays. We appreciate your patience — every eska piece is worth the wait.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over €[50].
  • For orders under €[50], a flat shipping fee of €[6,95] applies.

Your shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please allow 2–4 days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at eskathelabel@gmail.com.

Taxes & duties

All prices on our website are shown including VAT. The price you see is the price you pay  there are no additional customs charges or hidden fees on delivery within the EU.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double check your shipping details at checkout. We're not able to change an address once an order has been processed, and we can't take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we'll reach out to arrange re-delivery.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us  we'll track it down and make it right.

In the rare case a parcel arrives damaged, email us at eskathelabel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Returns & exchanges

Changed your mind? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our [Return Policy].
